I recently renewed my Norton IS 2011 subscriptions and downloaded Online Family and have been very impressed so far.
One issue i'm having is that i'm trying to add my wife via the Add a Parent option.
i've tried on two different computers with two different browsers -- and get the same error:
"An error has occurred while trying to send this message. Please try again."
i've been just using my name and her name in the fields on the left, and her email in the field on the right.
can you help me get this issue fixed?
