Adding a second parent VIA A DIFFERENT NORTON ACCOUNT

Now that my child has a cellphone, I've been getting into Norton Family for the first time. For the most part, I'm really satisfied, but there's one serious issue I've encountered. I can't seem to get my wife added as a parent via her own Norton Account. Am I missing something, or do both parents REALLY have to be able to access the same Norton Account to monitor the child?

Hi, Katie--yes, that is the sequence that led to her getting an invitation which, when she tried to accept it, wouldn't let her log in when she tried to use her own Norton account. But when I typed in my login credentials, it worked fine. The problem is, she needs to be able to get in using her own Norton Account, but unless I'm missing something, the program doesn't seem to be set up that way.

Can you please let us know what version of Norton Family you have on the PC?

 

Can you also please send your Norton Family account email address and your wife's email address to me by private message via the forum?
