Between wife and kids, we need Norton features for more than 5 devices (PC and Apple products). My current subscription is limited to 5. Is there a way to add more devices or do I need additional separate subscriptions?
Depending on where you live, there may be a 10 device version of 360 available. If not, you would have to start a second subscription to cover the additional device and any future devices you may acquire.
If a 10 device version is available you will need to contact Norton Support to ask them to help with the upgrade from your current subscription. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
