Hello @user4355
Did you register new Key with your Norton account?
Note: new Key starts new subscription term

Users may contact Norton support → request new Key term added to current remaining days.

Is the original poster asking how to enroll a new subscription to his Norton account online or is he asking how to enter a new product key into Norton 360?

The label under the title is Norton 360 IOS/Android so I suspect he wants to add his product key to the mobile app.

I too have the same question as I have a new product key and would like to enter it into Norton 360 Android app but I have been unable to find any way using all means I could muster.

@xjoex This should work for you. I posted it earlier before bjm’s post:

Thank you SA for your link.

I had tried that using this info from the link:

Android

  1. Open the Norton 360 application on your mobile device.
  2. Tap Sign in and sign in with your Norton account credentials.
  3. From the list of active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to use and then tap Next.

There is no place to sign in or sign out on V5.102.1.241208283

I would be happy if someone could point me to that.

on Android…do you find Account → Manage account?

Yes I do

But that just takes me to my Norton account online and does not allow me to enter a new product key in to the app

With Key registered with your Norton account.
Doesn’t Sign In satisfy Norton 360 on Android?

Key is currently not registered. I am looking for a way to enter the product key directly into the app after I register it.

Lets ask @peterweb
as I recall…I signed in to satisfy Norton on Android with Key already registered.

OK thank you bjm

@xjoex

Check this thread for entering a key into an Android device. Android - How to input new product key
Turns out you could enter a new product key with older versions of 360 Android. But the latest version no longer has that feature.

OK Thank you Peter. That is the conclusion I was coming to myself after knocking my head against the wall trying.

I will uninstall the old product and reinstall the new product or clear all data from the old and go thru the process of reestablishing all my old settings.

Problem is of course I have two phones and will have to go thru that process for both.

The mobile versions do not have that many settings that get lost on a reinstall. So clearing the app data in Android Settings is not as much of an issue as on a Windows system.
