I've managed to add an app. to this system but I don't know (if it's possible) to add a website to the list.

Not possible. Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections. All you can try is contacting that website to see if they have any suggestions for a work around.
