I have Norton Internet Security and had it installed on 3 computers, including my laptop. My Laptops hard drive failed last week and I have replaced it. The new laptop had the Norton 360 trial installed, which prompeted me for a product key. I offerred my NIS key and NIS was downloaded and is working. However, as I have been unable to uninstall NIS on my old laptop, you may see that I have 4 copies installed, one above my licence. How do I get the old laptop's installation recognised as defunct?
