Adobe Flash ActiveX (zombie file)

I uninstall Secunia PSI a few days ago, but decided to re-install it today. Adobe stuff was automatically updated, but it said in report that secunia removed Adobe Flash ActiveX (zombie file) Has anyone heard of this? I have tried doing a search but cannot  see anything about it. Could this be malware that secunia has found and removed?

Thanks SendOfJive, I did eventually find some info on it,  however the info from the link you have posted explains it more clearly.
