Advice after opening link in hacked email

A friend sent me an email (or so I thought) with a link which I opened and then realized too late that the friend's email had been hacked and that my friend really didn't send the email.  The link was to a Viagra site.  What should I do and how can I tell if anything bad was downloaded on my computer?  I have changed my email password and did a scan with Norton Internet Security which found nothing.  Is that enough or should I do something else?  By the way, I do not run as an Administrator.  Also, there is no way I could have known that this was a hacked email; I didn't even think it was suspicious.

Malwarebytes found nothing either.  So I guess I am ok.  The hacked email, by the way, was not a Yahoo email, but an att.net email.

Thanks for your help.:smileyhappy:

Glad to hear back from you ....

Keep it that way!
