I am having difficulty running some 3rd party software by snapstream (trusted). Something on my PC is blocking a connection over my network.The support for the 3rd party software has no idea what is causing my problems and they have instructed me to uninstall my Norton AV. They also suggested I send a list of my current services that are running. Should I comply?
