Adware program called pricegong

Hello I am new so I may not be in the right place.

 

This Adware "pricegong" program made it through the Noton firewall and I can't remove it via install/remove and the program removal does not complete and fails everytime. Can Norton remove it. How can I initiate that. Any other help is appreciated.

 

Is there any other way to talk to Norton other  than the $99 option. That seems a little much.

I don't think it is officially adware though many probably think so thus why Norton and others probably don't detect it as such.

 

At the bottom of the post that ThuWin posted they do have a tool to manually remove the product that should do it for you.
