After Backup, clicking on the Close bottom opens a KB

When a backup is finished, there is a windows saying that the backup was successful. When I click the Close bottom, it opens the following Google windows, which I do not need.

[Edit: Clarified subject]

I cannot find where I got the previous build number I gave you from, but the number that settings now shows is other: OS build 19043.1237

I know there is a difference between Restart and Shutdown and Startup again.

I did not know about the Fast Startup feature; I looked for it and it was enabled; I disabled it. If there is a change in behavior I will let you know.

Thanks.

Can you verify your Window 10 build number?

When restarting your computer, be sure you are using the Restart command.  Restart, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.

Hi Permalink:

Thanks for caring about my issue.

Answering your questions:

Operating system and version: Windows 10, Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043

Chrome version: Version 94.0.4606.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Version of Norton 360: Norton™ 360 Deluxe (Norton software is up-to-date.)

Please, note that it has been happening for several days after several restarts of the computer

What operating system are you using and what version?

What version of Chrome are you using?

What version of Norton 360 are you using?

I just ran my backup and when I clicked on Close when the backup was finished, the window just closed as it should.

Try restarting your computer in case there may be some pending updates that are causing your issue.
