After Clean install and update to 22.9.3.13, Auto-Protect wont start

I had the Comcast Vesion of Norton Suite installed for over a year with noissues. Then I updated to the latest version and it stopped working. I went ahead and ran the software removal tool and then re-ran the install directly from Comcast. It works fine up to version 22.0.8.50, but when I run Live Update, it updates from there to 22.9.3.13 and after the reboot, Auto-Protect will not start. I have rebooted and ranLive Update until it says I am up to date, but Auto-Protect still will not start.

Please fix this.
