After doing a Live Update, it keeps asking to apply a patch. It keeps happening on 2 computers running Windows 10 Home 20H2.

Often when there is a patch you get the initial update of the product. Then running LiveUpdate again it may pick up any updates for any new features that were added by the initial update, which would not be pushed out to a system without the update.

I am not sure of the reason why but this behavior I think is normal.

I have this issue also when Norton installs product updates. 2 or 3 restarts almost always required to complete the installation.

Happened to me also. I applied the patch 5 or 6 times restarting after each and then finally there were no more patches.
