Shortly have logging out of Windows (XP SP3), my login screen becomes a locked out screen. It has the ususal "system is locked out, only an administrator or (the last person to log out) can unlock it".
If the system was just booted up, but not logged into it will still switch to a locked out screen, but instead saying the above, it says the "system is locked out, only an administrator, or (computer name) can unlock it".
Any ideas out there on how to fix this?
