Hi,
1) I recently did the free upgrade from NIS2010 to NIS 2011. Since the upgrade, during startup Vista displays a security warning for about a minute until Norton starts to provide firewall and malware protection. I've set my wireless to not connect automatically, so I think my computer is NOT in danger. But if there is a simply way to get Norton to load earlier during startup, that would be nice.
2) I've been using NIS for a couple of years and have 44 days left on my subscription. I've noticed a generous rebate option available and am thinking of buying now, getting the rebate, and then waiting the 40 or so days to enter the new product key.
a) Since I've already done rebates 2 years in a row without difficulty, will I now be able to do so again in 2011?
b) Also, any problem with getting the new product key but not entering it until near expiration in 30 or 40 days?
