After Norton 360 upgrade, can't connect to internet

Hi,

I was trying to upgrade Norton 360 and that failed leaving me a yellow triangle over my wifi connection icon.

When I start Norton 360, it gives me a "can't connect to the internet" page, and then says click here to contact support, or call this number - which doesn't answer.

I renamed the Norton 360 directory to stop it from messing up my word document. Now, I still get the the yellow triangle [of death.]

I ran the network diagnostic utility and it says there is a firewall problem.

How can I fix it? Especially all your comments start with go into Norton, and Norton won't let me in without a network connection.

What phone number can I call and get an answer.
