After Norton Family installation, cannot access internet from browser

After installing Norton Family, we cannot access Internet from browser. Browser just keeps rotating. On last Saturday 21-03-2020, support team has connected remotely to my system and tried for almost 2 hrs but still couldn't resolve the issue. They said they will escalate to higher team. But no response from anybody. 

Operating system: Windows 10 Home.

  1. Could you please send a screen shot of the issue you are seeing.
  2. To check your internet connection, please try accessing norton.com (or) symantec.com which is an allowed website for Norton Family product.
  3. If the above websites are accessible then Internet connectivity is fine, then please check Web House Rules by logging into Norton Family portal and selectively choose the categories that you wish to allow (or) block & save. The house rules would sync to your PC, and continue to browse the internet.
  4. We have also noticed that you have not enabled the browser extensions on the PC. This helps with monitoring the browser traffic with a Norton Family block page. Please enable browser extensions and try surfing the internet.
