After Removal Tool & reinstal. Int.Sec.2011-"no parental controls installed"- monitoring ceased

Helpppppp!!!!

I was instructed -due to the fact that Internet Security -anti virus - had been turned off, to use the Norton Removal Tool to remove all of the Norton /Symantec products on the computer and then to reinstall them.   This I dutifully did, and the Anti virus is functioning properly now, however here is the situation:

1)  I had been fully registered and had fully configured the "Norton Online Family" to monitor all of the accounts on my lap top XP;

2)  After the removal tool was utilzed and Internet Security 2011 fully re-installed and fully functioning properly I find the following issues occurring:

a)  under Parental Controls =  "no parental controls have been installed"  click here to install - which I did and which sent me to the "Norton Online Family Web Site" where I logged in properly and found that everything was still the same - properly configured exactly as it had been before the reinstallation of Norton Security 2011;

b)  No monitoring is occurring - monitoring had ceased the day I uninstalled and removed the Norton Internet Security product with the Norton Removal Tool.

Questions:

A)  How do I get my "Norton Online Family" to actively monitor and properly block the sites that it is configured for?

B)  I also want to make sure that monitoring and blocking / allowing access covers all of the accounts [there are 4 different users - 1 is the Administrator - I want "Norton Online Family" to properly block and to allow access and also to fully monitor the Administrator user as well;

Would anyone out there know what is the best way to fix these issues?

Thanks,

Hi chucktheswimmer,

You probably need to reinstall Norton Safety Minder (for the product of Norton Online Family) on the PC.  For details, please check out the Help file below.
