If working offline in Outlook, you click send and the email waits in the Outbox until you hit send/receive. But if it's waiting in the outbox and I open the email to modify it, then push send, it won't go. It doesn't change to italics in the Outbox, and it just sends there where Outlook goes through its send/receive cycle and says it is complete.
From a posting I found I figured out that the issue is with the Norton IS 2011's anti-spam add-in. I have turned off the anti-spam protection, and now this issue no longer exists. This is a little glitch in the add-on. Thanks.
(my version of Outlook is 2003, and using Vista Business)
