After a Smart Scan, Norton now displays marketing information to try to get you to purchase additional products. You need to just ignore those because any security issues found would have been resolved by the 360 product you have subscribed to.

These marketing popups are reported here in the forums by many, many users. Unfortunately, the marketing department seems to rule the roost these days.
