After update to version 20.2.1.22 of Norton 360 I still cant open my vault

What is the next step?  I unistalled Norton 360 and reinstalled it.  I still get the network timeout error I have changed my password numerous times through my online Norton account.  This has been going on since Oct 31 2012,  really 3 months!  This will be my last subscription to Norton 360.  Any other Ideas?
