I upgraded my 360 from a very old version to the latest version. After it was successfully installed and up and running it says I'm on a 30 day trial subscription.
When I go to the manage my accounts page it shows the three subscriptions I purchased all being assigned. Of course their a no computer names for the subscriptions so I can't tell which on is associated with the computer I just upgraded.
I tried using Norton Management, in hopes it would identify the computers with the licences, but when I did that for one of the other two computers, the information on the list of subscriptions associated with the computers did not change.
The question is: Is there a way to figure out which of the three licenses are associated with each computer with out randomly guessing and deleting them?
One of the Norton Staff has suggested that if you can't identify which is which by something you can identify like date or other clue the simplest solution is to deleta all devices in Norton Management and then let NM pick them up one by one. That way you can use Edit to give them user friendly names.
Unless someone else has a suggestion probably the easiest way is to contact Norton OnLine Support via the CHAT route as below and ask them to liberate an activation that has been recorded once too often.
Thank you, I went to chat and it took about 5 minutes to fix me up. I did figure I could just start deleting them and reactivating but I was trying to avoid having to do it for multiple devices, so the chat solved that.
