https://status.norton.com/ currently reports all services running. I am able to access my Dark Web information with no issues.
It may be time to contact Support again to see if they can sort this out for you. Please keep us updated if they are able to fix this.
The identity app on my iPhone you have to login each time so there’s no logout.
After running the Help> Subscription status there is no change with DW monitoring.
Is this DW service down at the moment?
I have also been told to contact tech support.
All quite confusing to me it really seems like Norton have to fix this issue as everything is setup on the PC correctly.
For the identity app on your iPhone, open the app and then tap on the three bars at the top left. Then tap on log out. Then restart the app and sign into your Norton Account again. That should get you signed into the new subscription.
After running the Help > Subscription Status, did that change any behaviour with your Dark Web Monitoring?
During the renewal process I didn't need the new product key, however I have uninstalled Norton 360 and reinstalled the product from my account using the new product key but still the same result.
360 Product shows subscription status as "ACTIVE"
Help > subscription status says : Renews in 422 days
Renewal : You are enrolled in Automatic Renewal Service
I have now noticed that my Norton Identity app on my iphone says "We're sorry your subscription has expired . Please contact Member Services to manage your subscription. (32030)
My previous Norton 360 still had just over a month to go before auto renewal but the support chat person cancelled that subscription and added the time left to my new renewal upgrade from 3PC's to 5PC's. Seems like in doing that the Norton Lifelock was cancelled and now wont recognize the new installation.
How do I get this dark web monitoring working again?
During your renewal process, were you asked to type in your new product key?
What does your 360 product show for days remaining on your subscription? In the new My Norton interface this is at the top left, or in the classic interface it is at the bottom left.
From the classic interface, click on Help > Subscription Status to have your product sync with the Norton subscription servers. If you are seeing the new My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security.
