After upgrade to Windows 10, Ghost 15.0 no longer works

After the upgrade to Windows 10, Ghost 15.0 no longer works. A pop-up showed that I had 30 days to enter the product key.  It would not accept the key [Admin Edit: Removed key .  It declared the key to be incorrect.  So, I uninstalled Ghost and reinstalled it.  Same thing happened.  Is Ghost simply incompatible with Windows 10, or is there something I can do?  I hate to lose Ghost.
