I was verifying if my version of NIS (v. 21.0.1.3) was current, after which I received a message saying that there was an "issue" with my Norton product (see attachment). As instructed, I selected "contact us" and began filing in the form with my contact information. However, when I had to categorize my problem, none of the suggestions adequately described my issue. So, rather then get caught in Chat Hell, having to repeatedly confirm my identity, answer myriad questions having nothing to do with my issue, etc...I though I would bring my problem here. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Has anyone encountered something similar when ensuring your NIS was up to date?
