Hi - I recently used the AI snapshot to push out an upgrade for an application. In most cases this worked great, but on a few machines, we found that the users desktop items (shorcuts, documents, etc,), favorites, "send to" menu, quick launch bar, and other items were missing (although, ironically, the upgrade worked fine!), and in two cases other programs were actually uninstalled. All the clients received the update at the same time, so there wasn't a difference in what was pushed out. Has anyone ever run across this or know what causes it? I'd like to use this program for all our future installs, but if it's going to delete things from peoples profiles, or remove other programs, that's going to be a problem....
