Yes, it's a legitimate program, but ........
After a few successful syncs, it failed to synchronize. After a great deal of back and forth with their online support, the "answer" given was that I had to disable my Norton firewall in order to make it work.
As this is a program that, in its default state, is always on, this means that you give up security full-time. So I am uninstalling it and looking for another solution.
That's a legitimate software. To be 100% sure that there's no malware, download programs from official websites.
