Aldığım ürünün iptal talebi

Mevcut aboneliğim için norton dan 12 günlük süreniz kaldı mesajı geldiği için yeni bir ürün satın aldım ancak daha sonra baktığımda mevcut aboneliğimin 22.04.2022 de sona edeceğini gördüm ayrıca yeni ürünü yüklemek istediğimde mevcut yüklü norton üyeliğimden virüs alarmı aldım ve yüklemeyi durdurdum. Bu nedenle yeni aldığım ürünün iptalini istedim. Canlı destek ile yaptığım görüşmede teklif edilen 90 günlük süre uzatma teklifini kabul ettim ama o da gerçekleşmedi. Bu durumda ürün iptali ve ücretinin tarafıma iadesini talep ediyorum.

I bought a new product because I received a message from norton for 12 days left for my current subscription, but when I looked later, I saw that my current subscription would expire on 22.04.2022. Also, when I wanted to install the new product, I received a virus alarm from my existing norton subscription and stopped the installation. That's why I asked to cancel the product I just bought. I accepted the 90-day extension offer, which was offered in my conversation with live support, but it did not materialize either. In this case, I request the cancellation of the product and the refund of the fee.
