This “Check Protection Score alert is annoying. We do not need it. To get rid of it , i try clicking it and then i see the same stuff i see when i click the number there to the bottom left. this alert is not needed and after i check it , it sticks around.
There seems to be delays with this app. It was saying i had 2 of 3 protections but when i checked SMS it said it was on and it was on on my phone app too. So , then it eventually changed to a green dot and all protected. Just long delays. This happens over and over. App for PC needs to update faster and ditch that Protection score alert..useless and wastes my time trying to get rid of it. Dont send that anymore, norton. kill that. i have told them about this several times and many many months ago. The rep says …rest assured we will fix this, but it has been like a year and it didnt get fixed. It was just talk. they dont actually resolve much.
also, again, i got an email saying Norton tried to contact me by phone but couldnt. That is a lie. My cell phone keeps that record. no one called it yesterday. They lied about that in the past too. I dont like that. Stop making things up, Norton. THey say they will contact me and then they dont. It is silly. i solve most things anyway. Even when i solve them and explain to some front line rep..it is kind of difficult to get it through to them. Not worth it.
