Hello Everyone:
Can someone please tell me how to either confirm or dismiss an alert? In the "My Norton" window I am told there is an alert. However, when the Alert window is opened it states there are no new alerts, yet under the Achieved alerts, there is a notification. But unlike the older LifeLock alerts, there is no tab to dismiss the alert or state "This is me". Very confusing. Has someone experienced this problem? And yes, I am technically challenged and find computer not very user friendly. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
