My VPN has disappeared suddenly from settings. I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no success.

What is the name and version number of your VPN software as well as the operating system of your computer? Do you currently have any Norton security program(s) (e.g., the "new" Norton 360 Standard that comes bundled with Norton Secure VPN) installed on this computer?
