All help unavailable in new installation of Norton Systemworks Basic (Ver. 11.0.1.67)

This sounds familiar... Question: Did you install Norton Internet Security 2008 after installing NSW-B?

 

Even though the recommended order of installation is NSW-B, then NIS (which I had followed), tech support had me uninstall NSW-B (add/remove programs) and then re-install. Afterwards the help files were available.

My earlier reply to you suggestion must have been lost. I tryed the link your provided and was asked to select a program and a version. when I selected Systemworks the version dropdown disappeared and clicking GO asked me to select a version. I got the dropdown back, but it would not let me enter anything and GO still asked for a version. How do I get to the support. I’m not to thrilled with the web sight so far.

The program was installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled to try to solve the problem. The Symantec Help Center button under Support produced no result. None of the Help buttons on the Norton Utilities (Ver. 19.0.1.8) windows included in the Systemworks program produced any returns. All help seems to be missing. Can someone help me find it? I don’t seem to be able to get trrough to any Symantec support.
