We noticed norton stopped blocking websites so I uninstalled/reinstalled. Still no blocking. Come to find out all the house rules (with blocked websites) have been deleted from my child's profile. I've tried adding new ones and they won't stay "saved." If I try selecting website categories, it will give me an error of "unable to update child's profile." I've been on norton chat support for 90 minutes and asked for it to be escalated.
Any ideas here??
