I tried contacting your support and yet when I tried to send a mail via that, it asked me to enter a product key which WAS NOT given on the online internet subscription invoice I was given.
I tried replying to the email sent to me to confirm my order and all it was, was an AUTOMATED MESSAGE stating it would not be replied via there anymore.
And now finally I get to this forum just to cancel my Internet subscribtion having found out that my old subscription is still running to September this year but it has not been working properly for a while now because it wasn't on auto update.
I would like to request a refund for this subscription. It turns out my one from the previous year is still running till September 2009.
The only problem is that when I subscribed last year and got the product key, I had no where to enter the product key and as a result the protection was not validated.
It's a very poor system that does not aid me in making my life easier on validating my anti virus.
Any help on how to get the product key input page up will be very much appreciated to make up for the past 7 months.
