Please help! Since October 17th, all incoming messages are being marked as spam. Oddly, they are not all being routed to my spam folder. It seems to recognize when it's actual spam or a real person. I am running Outlook 2010 and Norton 2012. Can anyone help with this??
Thanks for your question, jakki141. Please open Norton Internet Security > Settings > Network (near the top) > Message Protection (on the left) > AntiSpam > Blocked List > Configure. Make sure you don't have all the addresses in your address book listed there.
