Seems any new windows xp account I create, (non admin) for the kids gets this error when someone uses internet explorer to go anywhere. 

 

Child warned for site category block & did not proceed: http://TREPRO12.URL.TRENDMICRO.COM:80/P/144/344... [Pornography]

Blocked Categories: Pornography

How does one fix this without turning off the monitoring.
