Hello Norton,
I am needing to make a change to my son's allowed websites, however, all of my childrens' settings are gone! It says we have no devices and that no one is being monitored, and on the mobile, I'm getting an "unable to load policies" or something like that. Are there some server issues on your end that is causing this? Any idea when this will be fixed?
