Hello. Am new to the forums but have signed up in a last effort to rid my computer of advertising pop-ups.
After downloading a game for my son computer became infected with Allgenius advertising. I have tried to uninstall the 2 programmes concerned. Norton security states programmes are unsafe and have been removed. BUT they haven't.
I have tried to disable the programme in the Add On sections but it will not allow me to.
Can anyone help we cannot use our computer without heaps of stuff coming up on the screens.
