Allow Add VPN configurations is broken in macOS

Recently,  I removed Norton VPN configuration from macOS settings. Now, from my Norton window, if I try to add Secure VPN -> Turn on which will show Allow Add VPN Configurations. Now if I click continue button, the button will be greyed out but nothing happens. It won't show any notification from macOS, as it shows in that window. I have tried multiple times and restarted my MacBook Pro too. It looks like it's a bug. On the latest version of macOS Sonoma, M2 Max 32 GB unified memory MacBook Pro. Please fix this issue!!

Update: After several days of frustration with VPN not working I went into my settings and turned off the Firewall. Shazam! Fixed the issue, finally. After VPN was up and running I turned the firewall back on. VPN still working several days later. Hope this helps someone else.

Uninstall and reinstall? Really? Why not fix your software to detect it?

It's working fine on iOS. I am talking about macOS. I rarely use Norton VPN as I Nord instead. But recently, tried to use Norton, that's when I found out about this issue

Norton Chat person suggested I delete Norton completely and download it again, which I did and still no working VPN. This happened just after the IOS Sonomo update. This seems to happen frequently with IOS updates. Very frustrating!
