I send emails from my phone using one of my accounts to another of my accounts on my PC, as a way of transferring information. Norton Anti-Spam always considers this Junk E-mail, despite my always using "This is not spam" button and clicking OK to add my own address to my Allowed List. Any way to not have Norton consider it as spam? TY.
As we cannot see your screen, I have to ask if you are sure it is Norton blocking the email and not your email client?
