We've blocked the Webmail category in general so we can approve specific ones, but we're having trouble allowing Yahoo! mail.
I've specified allowances for:
- mail.yahoo.com
- us-mg5.mail.yahoo.com
- us-mg6.mail.yahoo.com
But when Yahoo! takes them to us-mg5.mail.yahoo.com, it's still being blocked.
Additionally, is there any sort of log as to what account they're using? I had hoped to see this under Social (it kind of works for Facebook) but so far: nothing. Our intent to monitor their internet usage isn't going to get very far if we can't even tell what email addresses they have.
