Allowing User to Continue Past Curfew or Time Restrictions

As noted on other threads, Norton allows a user to "finish up" work/gaming in process once the user reaches its curfew or time restriction.  The user gets a warning via a pop up screen and is given a certain amount of time to finish up.  However, there is a fatal flaw in the warning as it allows the user an infinite number of times to request the additional time.  This allows the user to continue indefinitely past curfew or the time restriction.  The parents do get an email each time the user requests more time.  I have hundreds of those emails and have spoken to the restricted user about not abusing the extra time.  However, a lot of the violations occur while we cannot directly restrict further use and would love to see Norton give the parents the ability to limit the extra time request to no more than 3 warnings and then lock the user out.  Is that possible?
