Also getting endless pop ups to reboot in order for NAV 2009 to update

I’ve rebooted 3x and it still gives me the same message upon rebooting. I’m running Win XP SP3 and the last full scan was run on 3/4/09. It seems to be running fine otherwise. Please let me know what else I can try and what information you need – I just renewed my subscription so I would like to continue running the software, but this is ridiculous.
