Am so frustrated as unable to reach/contact Customer Support, am in Australia? 'Chat AI has me running round in circles! Advice would be appreciated

Signed up for the free trial for Norton Utilities, attempted several times to cancel before charged & never able to & also unable to get in touch with Customer Support!!!! Am so frustrated now, all/any advice would be appreciated....
