Hi I have been having a problem with amazon cloud drive crashing on my desktop computer ! It seems that Norton and amazon don’t play nice together, If I turn on silent mode in Norton antivirus, Amazon cloud drive does not crash ! I have tried to copy the report that I get on my screen that it wants to send to Microsoft but I have not had any luck. Has anybody else had this trouble and if so how did you fix it ? The computer thats having the trouble is a windows Xp computer
