Amazon Gift Certificate

I registered for a $25 Amazon.ca gift certificate and received, from the Norton Team, an email on October 30th to confirm.

My subscription, at a cost of $80.48, was successfully renewed on December 6th, 2017 but I have not received the $25 gift certificate.

Has anyone gotten this certificate ?

I have also received the email to get a Amazon gift card back if if I renewed, that was back in October. My renewal went in affect on Nov18.  I have not received anything about the gift card. I have emailed but no reply thus far.

As a follow up to my post of December 16th ... I received the $25.00 Gift Certificate !

When did you renew? I have heard that if you look at the fine print, you should see that it can take up to 60 days to receive your gift card. If it has been longer than that, let us know and Sunil_GA can look into your case.

I have also received this email to get a gift card back. I never received anything about after my gift card since, and i renewed.

l got an email saying the so-called amazon "gift" card would be emailed upon renewal. After the renewal, no trace of this gift card has been found anywhere. One agent said l would get a call back within 24-48 hours and of course did not happen. The other agent said wait 60 days. l have seen in the other forum that people were told the same and waited 60 days and nothing ever happened. l can't believe Symantec is incapable of offering a "real" gift card to loyal customers.

Hi @Louise Villandre & @lanbalife,

I have sent you a private message requesting account details to follow up with concern team. Thanks

I have brought  your post to the attention of the person in charge for this kind of problems. Please  wait for a post here or a PM.  Thanks.

l never received it. l can't believe Norton would use a "bait" than an actual reward on loyal customers.

I'll bring your issue to a customer service manager.
