From one day to the next Amazon Prime music is not playing anything, the warning says another application is blocking it, I can only assume that Norton in its over-eager tendency to block everything that moves wants me to work in silence

No screenshot, but Norton VPN will not allow Amazon Music Unlimited, either. I’m questioning the point of their VPN if it will only protect when using certain apps. Add to that the barrage of ads, and lack of customer service, Norton has gotten quite tiresome. January '25 is my expiration, and I will be switching providers after 20+ years of what has become a rip off from a programming as well as monetary angle.
