Amount deducted key didn't received

I have ordered Norton Antivirus, for which an amount of  1199/- already deducted from my account but I didn't receive any key either in email or via parcel. Further my Norton id doesn't show any subscription history. It has been going a week that I am trying to contact to resolve this issue. please check the issue. 

 

Have you checked your email spam/junk folder for the confirmation email?

I have contacted Norton support on several different occasions the last few months and I received the same message of high volume of calls and chats. I was able to get through by varying the time of day and night and was connected fairly quickly after several attempts.

Does your Norton account show any sort of order info? I think you will have to sort this out with Support as no one here has access to any of that account information.

thank you for your reply. I ordered from Norton website itself. the link attached is showing busy from last one week. saying (We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and chat messages at this time. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience)

Where did you order Norton Antivirus from? 

From Norton? A store?  A website?  What vendor?  You need to contact the vendor you purchased this from to resolve your issue.
