Issue abstract: prompted to complete Noprton 360 setup whenever I restart Windows 11
Detailed description: Norton360 keeps prompting me to walkthrough the activation steps
Product & version number: Norton 360 latest
OS details: Windows 11 Home 25H2
What is the error message you are seeing? no error - it just prompts me every time to choose to use VPN, use cloud backups, run a smartscan, etc.. as if it was my first time installing 360?

@Paul_Graham1 Do you have remote management enabled in Norton settings? That should synch your devices with your Norton account services.

Yes - that is enabled. I have 10 user licence and only 1 machine has this problem.
Are all 10 machines 25H2?
Since, you’re 25H2.
Maybe, clean install Norton 360 will sort 1 machine with problem.
Maybe, you need to run Norton 360 Remover → Remove only…for clean uninstall → clean install.

fwiw ~ my preference is Remove only…with scour File Explorer for remnants and CCleaner - Registry - Scan for Issues + CCleaner…back up the registry before making changes.
