When I run a specific application on my computer, it automatically adds a rule to the Norton Security Firewall settings. I have already created firewall rules restricting this application's access to certain computers. The application seems smart enough to realize that it wants to change my firewall settings. Why does Norton allow this? How do I stop this from happening?
